1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd36 ("bd36", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd36 platform at bd36.io, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any service provided by bd36, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bd36 platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active bd36 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, or shared IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

2.3 Registration Information

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bd36 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. bd36 also reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. bd36 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bd36 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution. bd36 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days subject to completion of KYC verification. bd36 may withhold a withdrawal if account verification has not been completed, if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement, or if the withdrawal triggers an internal security review. All withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

4.5 Currency & Conversion

All balances, bets, and transactions on bd36 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bd36 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility and are not covered by bd36.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional bonuses offered by bd36 are available to eligible players who meet the specific requirements of each promotion. bd36 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new depositing players only and are limited to one per household or shared device.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bd36 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the relevant rules. bd36 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on a suspended market, or on incorrect odds.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on bd36 covers major tournaments and leagues including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and international Test and ODI series featuring Bangladesh Tigers. In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended or removed at any time during live events.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on bd36 are operated by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.4 Technical Malfunction

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd36 platform, including but not limited to the bd36 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bd36 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bd36 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of bd36.
